This achievement demonstrates Dr. drg. Pitu Wulandari, S.Psi., Sp.Perio, Subsp.MP(K)’s commitment and dedication to advancing knowledge and research in the field of dentistry. The achievement also supports SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being through the development of research and knowledge in geriatric dentistry, which contributes to improving the health and well-being of the community.

Participation in the ASEAN Geriatric Dentistry Conference (AGDC) 2026 is also aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education through competency development, knowledge exchange, and the dissemination of research findings in an international scientific forum. In addition, participation in this international event supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by expanding academic networks, creating opportunities for research collaboration, and promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge among countries in the advancement of dental science.

Winning Second Place in the Original Research – AGDC 2026 Scientific Award is one of FKG USU’s contributions to promoting high-quality research, strengthening academic collaboration, and enhancing the competitiveness of dental scholarship at the international level.
