CONCERNING
THE DETERMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE NEW STUDENT ADMISSION SELECTION
SPECIALIST DENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAM (PPDGS)
FACULTY OF DENTISTRY UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA
ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023 – SECOND BATCH
RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA
Considering:
a. that the Selection for the Admission of New Students of the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS), Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara Academic Year 2022/2023 Second Batch has been carried out;
b. that based on the Letter of the Chairperson of the Selection Committee for the Admission of New Students of the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS), Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara regarding the Plenary Results of the New Student Admission Selection for the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS), Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara Academic Year 2022/2023 Second Batch, it is deemed necessary to issue the Determination of the Results of the Admission Selection for New Students of the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS), Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara Academic Year 2022/2023 Second Batch;
c. that in connection with points a and b above, it is necessary to issue a Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara;
Taking into account:
Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System;
Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education;
Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework;
Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48 of 1957 concerning the Establishment of Universitas Sumatera Utara;
Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards;
Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2014 concerning the Statute of Universitas Sumatera Utara;
Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Higher Education and the Management of Higher Education Institutions;
Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 88924/MPK/RHS/KP/2020 dated October 5, 2020 concerning the Dismissal of Members of the Board of Trustees of USU for the 2015–2020 term and the Appointment of Members of the Board of Trustees of USU for the 2020–2025 term.
