Medan, 27 March 2024—In the spirit of togetherness and solidarity to welcome Eid al-Fitr, Darma Wanita of the Faculty of Dentistry (FKG), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a program to distribute Lebaran packages to the teaching staff and education personnel of FKG USU. The program was held to strengthen the relationship and respect their participation in carrying out their duties.
In her activities, the head of Darma Wanita FKG USU, drg. Ricca Chairunnisa Sp.Pros, Subsp. OGST(K), symbolically handed over the Eid package to the Dean of FKG USU Dr. drg. Essie Octiara, Sp.KGA. Subsp.PKOA(K), teaching staff, Prof. Dr. drg. Ameta Primasari M.DSc., M.Kes., Sp.PMM and also Education Personnel in the USU FKG environment.
The Lebaran package-sharing event was held at FKG USU on Tuesday (26/3). The Darma Wanita FKG USU administrators and several Darma Wanita members who supported the activity were also present.
The Head of Darma Wanita FKG USU, drg. Ricca Chairunnisa Sp.Pros, Subsp. OGST (K), said that this program is a form of concern and appreciation for the teaching staff and education personnel who have been dedicated in carrying out their duties in the USU FKG environment. "We hope that sharing this Lebaran package can lighten the burden a little and also be a sign of our gratitude for all the contributions that have been made by the teaching staff and education staff," said Doctor Ricca.
The Lebaran packages prepared contain a variety of basic necessities and several food products that can add blessings when welcoming Eid al-Fitr. Each package also came with Eid greetings from Darma Wanita FKG USU.
One of the recipients of the Eid packages, Mr. Ali, a lecturer at the USUKG, expressed his gratitude for the initiative taken by Darma Wanita FKG USU. "This is a very meaningful gesture for us as teaching staff. We feel appreciated and recognized for our hard work in supporting education in this environment," he said with a smile.
The Lebaran package-sharing event occurred in an atmosphere full of warmth and togetherness. The event participants hope that the spirit of togetherness created through this activity will be maintained and motivate all USU FKG community members to continue contributing to maintaining the quality of education and mutual welfare.
