Under the guidance of drg. Ika Astrina, M.DSc., the FKG USU delegation delivered an outstanding performance during the Mini Project Competition, which brought together participants from universities across Indonesia and abroad. During the Farewell Dinner, the FKG USU team was announced as the recipient of three prestigious awards:

  • 1st Place – Pitching Contest
  • 2nd Place – Pitching Contest
  • Best Outfit Award

These achievements reflect the students' dedication, critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity in developing and presenting innovative projects on an international platform.

Congratulations to all the student teams and their supervising lecturer for this outstanding accomplishment, which has further enhanced the reputation of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, on the international stage.

Through both its participation and achievements in this event, FKG USU also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing educational quality and strengthening students' global competencies, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by fostering international academic collaboration and institutional partnerships.
