On August 9, 2022, the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FKG USU), held a socialization session on updating SINTA data in the Nazir Alwi Room. The event featured speakers from the Institute for Innovation in Scientific Writing and Intellectual Property Rights (LIPIHKI), namely Erna Budhiarti Nababan, Delima Harahap, and Nasriatul Umi. The session was conducted in person, adhering to strict health protocols.
Attendance and Event Agenda
The event was attended by Dr. Essie Octiara, drg., Sp.KGA, Dean of FKG USU, and Dr. drg. Pitu Wulandari, S.Psi., Sp.Perio(K). The session began with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, followed by a prayer and a welcome speech by the Dean of FKG USU.
Objectives of the Socialization
This event aimed to:
- Update SINTA data for FKG USU lecturers to support their promotion applications.
- Assist in the reaccreditation process of Universitas Sumatera Utara by ensuring academic and publication data are current and accurate.
Call to Action for Lecturers
FKG USU lecturers are encouraged to routinely update their SINTA profiles to maintain an integrated and comprehensive academic and publication record.
