The Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si, conducted a work visit to the Faculty of Dentistry, USU (FKG USU) on Thursday, January 12, 2023. The event, held at the Nazir Alwi Room of FKG USU, was attended by the Rector of USU, the Dean of FKG USU, Vice Deans of FKG USU, Heads and Secretaries of FKG USU Departments, Heads and Secretaries of the PSPPDG Program, Heads and Secretaries of the S2/S3 Program, as well as the Head of Administration at FKG USU. The theme of the event was "Rector's Greetings."
This annual event began with a report on the work achievements of 2022 presented by the Dean of FKG USU, Dr. Essie Octiara, drg., Sp.KGA. The event continued with the presentation of work programs for 2023 by the Rector of USU. One key point the Rector highlighted was the management and maintenance of faculty facilities. He discussed the ideal classroom settings and teaching methods to be implemented by the faculty.
Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos, M.Si, also emphasized the importance of providing students with easy access to learning materials through USU's E-Learning platform.
