The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG USU) held a PORSENI competition, which was participated in by FKG USU academic civitas, to celebrate FKG USU's 61st DIES NATALIS. INCISIVAL activities began with PORSENI competitions for both academic and national civitas, a One-Day Seminar, Social Service, a Bazaar, a Fun Walk, and many other activities to celebrate FKG USU's DIES NATALIS. FKG USU PEMA also supported this national PORSENI Competition.
The National PORSENI was held on 25-30 October 2022. Three were 3 kinds of sports were competing in the National PORSENI: futsal, badminton, and e-sports (Mobile Legends). These activities were livened up by pre-clinical students, co-ass, alumni, lecturers, and employees from various university circles in Sumatra and Java. Badminton with nine men’s double teams, futsal with 11 teams, and Mobile Legends with 12 teams.
The Dean of USU Faculty of Dentistry Dr. drg. Essie Octiara, Sp. In her welcoming speech, KGA hoped that the PORSENI event would run smoothly and build a good relationship between the students of the health circles, the students of FKG USU, and other students. The Head of Dies Natalis, drg. Ranu Putra Armidin delivered his welcoming speech, stating that PORSENI was expected to strengthen the bond between all the students of the health circles in Indonesia. This competition was held through a group-elimination system and a hybrid system for the Mobile Legends competition. The event progressed with full enthusiasm from each participating team to compete for victory.
