Medan, October 2022 – As part of the 61st Dies Natalis celebrations, the Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Sumatera Utara (FKG USU) organized the INCISIVAL event, featuring sports and arts competitions (PORSENI) involving the entire academic community of FKG USU. The event aimed to foster camaraderie and rekindle the spirit of togetherness after the pandemic.
The competitions, held from October 17–21, 2022, included table tennis, badminton, and volleyball. Pre-clinical students, co-assistants, alumni, faculty members, and staff enthusiastically participated. The Student Executive Body (PEMA) of FKG USU supported the event.
The competitions followed a double-elimination system, with the finals on Friday, October 21, 2022. High spirits and vibrant sportsmanship marked the event, as each team vied for victory.
Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, the Chairperson of the Dies Natalis Committee, expressed his hope that INCISIVAL would strengthen the internal bonds within FKG USU and revive the collaborative spirit post-pandemic.
The event concluded with a shared sense of achievement and unity among participants, highlighting the vibrant and dynamic spirit of the FKG USU academic community.
