The Faculty of Dentistry, USU (FKG USU), held a bazaar for students and staff to introduce businesses and develop an entrepreneurial spirit among students. This activity is a new work program of PEMA FKG, held for the first time in this period. The program is held as a forum for students who have independent businesses.
The bazaar was held for 3 days, from Wednesday, March 23, 2022, to Friday, March 25, 2022. The bazaar was opened by the Vice Dean
The head of the committee said, "This event is a series of USU and FKG activities aimed at increasing the creativity and productivity of students. In addition to being required to complete their studies well, students are also encouraged to have businesses to introduce their products and businesses to the public."
To prepare for this event, PEMA FKG USU requested the cooperation of every element in the faculty, both internal and external organizations, so that all preparations went smoothly, said the Chair of PEMA FKG USU. The committee prepared for this event for two weeks, and according to the head of the committee, they were very satisfied with the work of all the committee members, seeing that the first day of the bazaar went smoothly.
The bazaar's participants included Lecturers, Students, and Staff of FKG USU. It accommodated 18 business stalls, offering food and beverages, fashion, merchandise, dental tools, and shoe laundry. It opened at 09.00 AM and closed at 17.00 PM.
