The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, sent 12 students from the Undergraduate Program in Dentistry to participate in the 2026 Dentistry Student Inbound Program organized by the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, from July 29 to August 5, 2026.

Carrying the theme “Oral Health Promotion in Multicultural Communities,” the program served as a platform for students to broaden their global perspectives, enhance their academic and professional competencies, and build international networks through various activities, including expert lectures, workshops, an international conference, community service, scientific competitions, and cultural exchange.

Through this program, FKG USU students gained learning and collaboration experiences in an international environment, which are expected to support the development of their academic and professional competencies. The activity also reinforces FKG USU’s commitment to supporting SDG 4 (Quality Education) through enhanced educational quality and international learning experiences, as well as SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through strengthened academic collaboration and networks with various institutions at the national and international levels.
