The event was conducted smoothly and hosted by Nurul Amalia Sitorus as the master of ceremonies. The activity was attended by the Dean of FKG USU, Dr. drg. Gema Nazri Yanti, M.Kes., who delivered welcoming remarks and officially opened the event. She was accompanied by Vice Dean II, Dr. drg. Ahyar Riza, Sp.B.M.Mf., Subsp.C.O.Mf., and Head of the Student Affairs Subdivision, Ms. Sri Netta Taringan.
In her remarks, the Dean of FKG USU emphasized the important role of alumni in supporting the development of students’ competencies. The activity was attended by professional dental students from FKG USU, who demonstrated strong enthusiasm throughout the event.

During the presentation session, participants attentively listened to the speaker’s experiences and insights on leadership, communication, decision-making, and the challenges dentists face in managing organizations. Their enthusiasm was further demonstrated during the discussion and question-and-answer session, where students actively raised questions and discussed the application of organizational management in the dental profession.

Through this Alumni Empowerment activity, FKG USU hopes to strengthen the relationship between alumni and the academic community while inspiring and motivating students to continuously develop their competencies, both as healthcare professionals and as prospective leaders capable of contributing to various organizational fields.
