The interview selection process was divided into two main rooms to ensure that the assessment was conducted comprehensively, objectively, and efficiently.
The interview session in Isolation Room 1 was led by the Dean of FKG USU, Dr. drg. Gema Nazri Yanti, M.Kes., accompanied by Vice Dean I, Dr. drg. Ika Andryas, M.Sc., and the Director of the Directorate of Information Systems and Technology Development (DITSIPTEK) of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Dr. Mohammad Fadly Syah Putra, M.Sc.

Meanwhile, the interview process in Isolation Room 2 was conducted by Vice Dean II of FKG USU, Dr. drg. Ahyar Riza, Sp.B.M.Mf., Subsp.C.O.Mf., together with Vice Dean III of FKG USU, Dr. drg. Aini Hariyani Nasution, Sp.Perio., Subsp.RPID(K), and the Director of the Directorate of Digital Learning (DITDP) of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Dr. Ir. Tigor Hamonangan Nasution, S.T., M.T., IPM.
All participants attending the interviews demonstrated strong enthusiasm throughout the selection process. This selection process plays an important role in ensuring the continuity of organizational leadership and supporting the improvement of academic quality within FKG USU.
