The event began with an opening and prayer led by drg. Tri Arga Utama Simatupang, followed by remarks from the representative of the FKG USU Alumni Association, drg. Yerzi Amri Rinjani, Sp.Ort. Prof. drg. Ismet Danial Nasution, Ph.D., Sp.Pros., Subsp. PKIKG(K), then delivered advice and reflections to the entire academic community, emphasizing the importance of maintaining solidarity, integrity, and commitment in supporting the advancement of FKG USU.
Remarks were also delivered by the Dean of FKG USU for the 2021–2026 term, Dr. drg. Essie Octiara, Sp.KGA., Subsp. PKOA(K), who joined the event virtually via Zoom. Meanwhile, the Dean of FKG USU for the 2026–2031 term, Dr. drg. Gema Nazri Yanti, M.Kes., expressed her commitment to continuing various programs initiated by the previous leadership and encouraged the entire academic community to continue working together to realize an excellent and competitive FKG USU.

As a form of appreciation for the dedication and service of the 2021–2026 deanship, the event continued with the presentation of commemorative gifts to the faculty leadership. The event concluded with a group photo and a reception attended by senior figures, alumni representatives, representatives of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI), and the FKG USU academic community.
The occasion served as a symbol of the leadership transition and is expected to continue guiding FKG USU toward greater progress and achievements in the future.
