The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) USU conducted a visit to the Faculty of Nursing (F.KEP) USU to gain insights into preparing for ZIWBK (Integrity Zone for Corruption-Free Areas) on Wednesday, April 12, at 9:00 AM. The event took place at the Faculty of Nursing.
The session was opened with welcoming remarks by Mrs. Maria Elfida, Head of Human Resources and Finance at F.KEP USU, followed by a speech from Mrs. Pitu Wulandari, Vice Dean III of FKG USU. During the discussion, Mrs. Sriyanti Wahyuni Hasibuan, ST., MM, Administrative Manager of FKG USU, posed a key question: “What strategies have been implemented at F.KEP, particularly in managing human resources, and what steps have been taken in terms of SOPs by each sub-division?”
The visit aimed to study and understand ZIWBK preparation processes, inspired by the Faculty of Nursing's achievements in this field. The session included a detailed discussion on ZIWBK implementation, providing an opportunity for FKG USU sub-division heads to ask about SOPs and their practical application based on F.KEP’s experiences.
The key takeaway was the \importance of adhering to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficient workflow. SOPs were emphasized as essential tools mandated by each faculty's leadership to streamline tasks and ensure compliance with institutional regulations.
