On Monday, August 1, 2022, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FKG USU), Dr. Essie Octiara, drg., Sp.KGA, signed a collaboration agreement with the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, represented by Professor Pornchai Jansisyanont, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Chulalongkorn University. This partnership focuses on general academic activities, encompassing various initiatives, including:
- Visits and exchanges involving students and faculty management in education, research, and other areas.
- Postgraduate training and education programs.
- Joint organization of conferences, symposiums, or other scientific meetings.
- Exchange of academic information.
- Graduate (Master’s) and professional student exchanges during academic terms or summer sessions.
- Undergraduate student exchanges during academic terms or summer sessions.
- Collaborative research projects.
- Joint publication in scientific journals.
- Collaboration in journal reviewing.
- Other collaborative or exchange activities mutually agreed upon by both parties.
This agreement is valid for five years from the date of its signing.
