Medan – The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, distributed Student Identity Cards (KTM) to new students of the 2026/2027 academic year on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the Nazir Alwi Room, Faculty of Dentistry USU.

This activity was part of the efforts of the Faculty of Dentistry USU to provide services and facilitate new students in obtaining official identification as students of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The distribution of KTM was carried out in collaboration with Bank BTN and began with the verification of student data and administrative requirements, including the examination of original KTPs, photocopies of KTPs, and required supporting documents. After the verification process was completed, the KTM was handed over to the students as official identification that can be used to support various academic activities and student services within Universitas Sumatera Utara.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Dentistry USU and Bank BTN also supported the creation of orderly, effective, and accessible student administrative services, while helping new students prepare various administrative requirements from the beginning of their education.

This activity is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education through support for access to and the smooth delivery of educational services for students, as well as SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration between the Faculty of Dentistry USU and Bank BTN in supporting student services.
