FKG USU, 15/9 - Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Medan, represented by Dr. drg. Ervina Sofyanti Sp.Ort., subsp.DDTK(K), had the opportunity to conduct a comparative study visit to the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Hasanuddin (FKG Unhas) in Makassar. This visit is an essential momentum in fostering collaboration and strengthening the research fields of both institutions with a high reputation in dentistry.
The team of representatives from FKG USU led by Dr. drg. Ervina Sofyanti Sp.Ort., subsp.DDTK (K), was warmly welcomed by Dr. drg. Erni Marlina, Vice Dean for Partnership, Research, and Innovation of FKG Unhas. The meeting took place in an intimate and energetic atmosphere, reflecting the determination of both institutions to support each other in the development of science and research in dentistry.
During the meeting, Dr. Drg. Erni Marlina enthusiastically welcomed the FKG USU team's visit. She explained that the arrival of the FKG USU team was very supportive of the research development plan being launched by FKG Unhas. One of the main focuses of this meeting is integrated research, where both institutions will work together to develop in-depth and up-to-date research in the field of dentistry.
Dr. drg. Ervina Sofyanti Sp.Ort., Subsp.DDTK (K), also expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome from FKG Unhas and hoped that this visit would open the door for closer collaboration. “We are very excited to collaborate with FKG Unhas in developing research that will provide great benefits to the world of dentistry,” said Dr. drg.
