The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) successfully held a memorable Capacity Building activity at Royal Sumatra - Golf Course, Residential & Country Club Medan Tuntungan on December 17, 2023. The event was attended by the deans, teaching staff, and education personnel of FKG USU.
The activity began with a *Fun Walk*, where participants walked together to enjoy the beauty of Royal Sumatra - Golf Course while chatting casually. This was not just a sporting activity, but also a great opportunity to strengthen the relationship between members of the Faculty of Dentistry USU in the midst of beautiful natural scenery.
Next, the event continued with a motivational session given by a well-known motivator. The motivator brought a new spirit and inspiration to all participants, providing insight into the importance of capacity building to achieve success.
One of the highlights of the event was a series of capacity-building games designed to strengthen skills and cooperation among participants. The games engaged participants in creative and strategic challenges, allowing them to develop their team-thinking skills and complete tasks that required collaboration.
The main highlight was the Dean's team's success in the racing game in Melody. Participants from the dean's team, teaching staff, and education personnel competed to create harmony in a mesmerizing musical composition. The creativity and synergy shown by the dean's team won sympathy and applause from all participants.
The event was also decorated with various other interesting events, such as art performances, door prizes, and group photo sessions. All activities were designed not only to provide new knowledge but also to foster a spirit of togetherness and kinship among members of the USU Faculty of Dentistry.
