FKG USU-14/10. FKG USU Academic Civitas were provided with some training about filling out the SKP that was initiated by the Dean of FKG USU in order to support the skills of all personnel in the SKP filling.
The socialization was held with the aim to provide understanding in drafting Employee’s Work Goal (SKP) which later will become a guide for every employee in Universitas Sumatera Utara Faculty of Dentistry. The training which was held in Ruang Nazir Alwi was tutored by USU Human Resources Bureau’s Head of USU Staff Affairs Subdivision, Eliza Ambarwenny Rahayu as well as the supporting staff. In the training session, the Employee’s Work Goal (SKP) drafting was conducted for a period of two hours participated by all the staff of USU Faculty of Dentistry.
“This year’s SKP is different from before according to the difference in its rules, for the example in the format of the Employee’s Work Goal (SKP), where in the previous rules we simply stated any activities according to our job description to the SKP, while on the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform’s Decree no. 8 year 2022 currently the input from employee’s activities is not required, but what is inputted and assessed into the SKP is the work result and the work behaviour,” said Eliz, the nickname of USU Human Resources Bureau’s Head of Staff Affairs Subdivision.
She also added that the important thing in SKP filling is stated in Point 5 which is Result War Matrix. And when this issue manages to be adequately solved, it is confirmed that the SKP has been completed well 100%.
