This document presents the Master Plan and Community Service Roadmap of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara for 2025–2030. It serves as a guideline for implementing community engagement activities grounded in research outcomes and societal needs. The roadmap outlines strategies for institutional strengthening, collaboration with stakeholders (ABC&G), and the development of key areas based on natural resources, technology, and arts (TALENTA).
