This document outlines the Transitional Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara for the year 2025. It serves as a bridge between the 2020–2024 Strategic Plan and the long-term development framework toward 2030. The document includes policy directions, strategic priorities, SWOT analysis, and key performance indicators in education, research, community service, and governance, aligned with USU’s “TALENTA” vision.
