Congratulations and best wishes to the lecturers and academic community of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, who have successfully secured funding for the TALENTA Community Service Program (USU Non-PNBP Funding Source) for the 2026 Fiscal Year!
This achievement was made possible through various community service innovations under the Disaster Mitigation, Health Service, and Student Community Service schemes.
Through concrete actions in the field—from providing dental health services to communities affected by floods, curative and caries prevention services in schools, to herbal education for older adults—all of these programs are aligned with efforts to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The programs directly contribute to health and well-being under SDG 3, quality education through school-based Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) under SDG 4, disaster-affected areas and sustainable communities under SDG 11, the responsible use of local herbal resources under SDG 12, and the optimal utilization of environmental resources under SDG 15.
May the implementation of the 2026 TALENTA Community Service Program run smoothly, provide broad and sustainable benefits to the community, and continue to bring recognition to the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara!
