The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, will hold the Handover of Position of Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Sub-Unit FKG USU from the Chairperson of DWP Sub-Unit FKG USU for the 2021–2026 Period to the Chairperson of DWP Sub-Unit FKG USU for the 2026–2031 Period.
The activity, held in conjunction with the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sub-Unit FKG USU monthly social gathering, will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Nazir Alwi Room, FKG USU. The activity serves as an important moment for the continuity of the organization while strengthening relationships and togetherness among members of DWP Sub-Unit FKG USU.
The handover of position is not only a symbol of a change in leadership but also serves as a momentum to continue the spirit of service, strengthen synergy, and continue various programs and activities that provide benefits to the FKG USU community. With the new management, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sub-Unit FKG USU is expected to continue developing into an active and solid organization that is able to make positive contributions within the faculty.
Through this activity, FKG USU also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5 (Gender Equality) through strengthening the role and participation of women in organizations and institutional life, SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) through creating an inclusive and equal organizational environment that provides opportunities for participation to all members, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through strengthening synergy, togetherness, and partnerships in supporting the achievement of organizational and institutional goals.
